About Bazaar Match
Bazaar Match is a tile-matching puzzle set at a stall in a lantern-lit Grand Bazaar. A layered pile of square tiles shows fifteen goods drawn in code, from tea glasses, Turkish delight and blue beads to simit, copper lanterns and rolled carpets. Only a tile with nothing on top of it can be taken; it slides into a seven-slot tray that keeps identical goods side by side, and three of a kind sell at once. Two merchant order cards ask for particular goods, and sales made in quick succession build a haggle chain that multiplies their price.
Bazaar Match is an original Rankeno Play game, first released in 2026 and free to play in any modern browser on phone or computer. Later rounds deal bigger piles with more layers and more kinds of goods, every pile is dealt so that a clearing order exists, and the run lasts until the tray fills. Final coin totals go on the Rankeno Play leaderboards.
Bazaar Match tips and strategy
- A sale within 3 seconds of the previous one raises the haggle chain by one step, up to ×5, so each sale is worth 10 to 50 coins. Line up two or three ready sets and sell them back to back.
- An order for three of a good pays 20 coins plus 5 per round, up to round 12. From round 3 some cards ask for six, worth 50 plus 10 per round. Any sale of that good counts, so steer your sales toward the cards.
- Try to keep the tray at four goods or fewer. Two free places in the tray let you take a tile just to see what lies under it; at six the tray glows red and only a tile that completes a set is safe.
- Return moves the last three goods you picked to the side shelf, where you can take them back at any time. Undo only reverses picks made since your last sale, Return or Shuffle, and Shuffle re-deals the goods left in the pile, leaning toward ones that complete what you already hold.
- You start with one of each helper, and every second cleared round refills one of them in turn, Return first, then Shuffle, then Undo, to a maximum of three each. Piles grow from 30 tiles in round 1 to 84 in round 8, so save helpers for the later stalls.
- Covered tiles are dimmed but you can still tell what they are. Before taking a top tile, look at what it hides: freeing a match for a good already in the tray is usually the strongest pick.
Bazaar Match FAQ
Can every pile in Bazaar Match be cleared?
Every pile can be cleared. Each one is dealt by playing it backwards in a legal order, so at least one sequence of picks clears it without the tray ever filling. Some goods start fully hidden under others, which is why finding that sequence takes care, and the helpers leave room for mistakes.
How is the score counted in Bazaar Match?
Every sale of three pays 10 coins times the haggle chain, up to ×5. Completed orders add their bonus, and clearing a pile adds 50 coins times the round number, capped at 600 from round 12 on. The run ends when the tray holds seven goods with no three alike.
Is Bazaar Match free to play?
Yes. Bazaar Match is free on Rankeno Play and runs in your web browser, so there is nothing to download or install. You can play straight away as a guest; a free account is only needed to save scores to the leaderboards.
Can I play Bazaar Match on my phone or tablet?
Yes. It runs in mobile and desktop browsers, and the portrait stage scales to fit your screen. On a touchscreen: tap a tile to take it; tap Return, Shuffle or Undo under the tray, or a shelf tile to take it back. On a computer: Mouse: click a tile; arrows move the highlight; Enter or Space takes it; R Return; H Shuffle; U Undo.
How do the Bazaar Match leaderboards work?
When you are signed in, every finished run is submitted automatically; guest scores are not saved. Boards rank one best score per player (highest coins first) for Today, This week and All time, globally or among your friends. Today and This week reset at midnight UTC, and the week starts on Monday.
