How to play
A turn-based cartoon artillery duel: lob shells from your toy fort over hills that crumble with every blast, dig the ground out from under the rival fort until it tumbles, and win 100 duels across ten lands with a boss fortress at the end of each.
- Drag back anywhere on the screen and let go to fire. The dotted line shows the start of the flight, the wind arrows at the top push every shell, and the ring around the ammo button is your turn timer.
- You and the rival take turns. Bring every rival fort to zero HP to win the duel; if your fort reaches zero you lose a life and replay the level on a new map.
- Every blast bites a crater out of the ground. A fort whose ground is blown away slides or tumbles and takes fall damage, a fort that slides into the sea takes a heavy splash, and one that drops off a floating island is out at once.
- Shoot the crates that drift down on balloons to win specials and helpers. Tap the ammo button to switch shells.
- From level 6, tap while a rival shell is in the air to raise a bubble shield. Raise it just before the shell lands for a perfect block that sends the shell straight back.

- Left / Right tilt the barrel

About Lob Fort
Lob Fort is a turn-based artillery game with toy forts. Your blue fort stands on one side of a hilly map and a rival fort waits on the other; you take turns lobbing shells over the ridge between you, judging the angle, the power and the wind. The ground is fully destructible, so every blast leaves a crater, and the craters are half the game: blow the hill out from under a fort and it slides, tips over and tumbles down the slope for extra damage, or splashes into the surf. The rival plays by the same physics as you. It aims, misses and corrects, and the red X marks it leaves on the ground creep closer with every shot, so you can see exactly how close its next shell will come. The 100 levels cross ten lands, from the Meadow, the Beach and the Snow Hills to the Desert Mesa, the Canyon, the Floating Isles, the Swamp, the Moon, the Volcano and the Sky Castle, and each land adds its own twist such as pouring sand, slippery ice, dust devils, two rival forts at once, bouncy clouds, gas pockets, low gravity, meteors and rising lava. Every tenth level is a boss fortress, the fifth level of each land is a bonus round of crates to pop, and after level 100 the lands are remixed into an endless run.

Lob Fort tips and strategy
- Aim at the ground just under the rival fort as often as at the fort itself. A crater under one corner makes the fort tip and slide, and the fall damage plus the 200-point TOPPLE bonus is often worth more than a direct hit.
- Watch the creeping X marks. Each miss by the rival lands closer than the last, so after its second shot the next one usually lands close. That is the moment to finish the duel, save your bubble for its shell, or hop away with a Teleport shell, because a fort that moves makes the rival lose its aim.
- Keep a streak going. Every turn in a row that hits raises the multiplier on your points to 1.5, 2, 2.5 and finally 3 times, and three hitting turns in a row load a Mega Lob with a bigger blast and 1.5 times the damage.
- The dotted aim line gets shorter as the levels climb, so use the ghost line of your last shot. If it fell short with the wind unchanged, add a little power rather than starting over.
- Shoot the crates. A +1 Life crate keeps a run alive, and a Spotter crate shows the whole flight for your next three shots, which is ideal for a boss.
- Bosses have rules of their own, shown on the banner at the start. Towers stand guard in front of a keep that cannot be hurt until they fall, so knock out the towers first.
